*        Simple things like lemon juice about a ½ hour before a meal can help to stimulate digestive juices and improve the breakdown of food.

*        Eat small meals regularly throughout the day rather than 3 large meals.

*        Take the time to enjoy your meals – eat in a relaxed environment, not in front of TV, and chew each mouthful thoroughly.
