Meditation

sensations of the present. You can destress in less than a minute by
meditating "on the spot". Longer sessions will relax your body to the
point of sleep and make your mind delightfully still and clear.

stress zone, restoring your body to balance. Meditation is
particularly good for insomnia, hypertension,
migraines, fatigue, pain, digestive
problems and chronic illness.
