::: About Adobe PDF Files

Adobe® Acrobat® Reader
is free, and freely distributable, software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. PDF stands for Portable Document Format. The PDF file was developed to make it easy to move documents from one computer to another.  The PDF format does this by making the file fully self-contained, it includes all the fonts, graphics and layout information necessary to print a document correctly. PDF files are created using Adobe Acrobat software.
Some information on our site such as newsletters and information sheets is supplied in PDF files and you will need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to download and view these files.   When set up on your system, Adobe Acrobat Reader works seamlessly with your choice of web browser.  Click here to get the latest copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
