Dr Kate Oliver
Kate was born in south-east Queensland and spent most of her youth in Brisbane. She moved to Melbourne to study chiropractic at the age of 17 and graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1996, with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science. Kate worked for 1 year in far-north Queensland before a strong desire for adventure led her to the United Kingdom. She then worked for 1 year in Scotland followed by 9 years in the north-east of England in a city called Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. In October 2007, Kate returned to Australia with her English husband Steve and young daughters Sasha and Lola. Since then, she has been working as a locum in Australia and abroad.
Kate has a diverse scope of practice refined by over 13 years of experience as a working Chiropractor. She is a skilled practitioner, achieving good results due to her ability to modify her treatment style. This makes her suitable for all types of patients, ranging from babies to the elderly and everyone in between.
